Orders are processed within 24 hours from the time the order was received. Games will usually ship within 5-7 business days. Games are shipped via UPS. All replacement pieces and accessories are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the cost is included in the cost of the product.

All sales are final. We will exchange a product for the exact same product, only if the product is deemed defective.

A) At Blue Orange Games, we are concerned about safety and test all of our games for the following standards: ASTM963, 16CFR and EN71.

These tests ensure that our products do not contain lead, heavy metals, and do not represent mechanical or flamability hazards.

All of our games have passed and overcome these standards.

We test our games with Bureau Veritas Laboratories to ensure you always get the safest products from Blue Orange Games, for you and your family.

Please be aware that your games may have a light smell because they are wooden products. The smell is non-toxic and will disappear overtime. You may leave the box open for a few days to help the smell (non-toxic) disappear.
